Ramesh,
Beautiful detail in the Elephant and a great sense of movement conveyed by the lifted leg.
The only problem I see is the foreground being so large and OOF, if you do "cloning" then I would suggest extending the in focus shore line.
I tried a few crops and one was square and one close to square. Some don't like square so I will leave that up to you but I feel cropping off the top and bottom can enhance this image.
Very nice detail on the elephant and I do like the water mark and the grass/dirt on the elephant's head. I think Robert makes some good suggestions regarding a possible crop.
I agree with the above. Nice detail and the wet legs and grass on the head add to the image. Good suggestions to try alternative crops.

Rachel
Hi Ramesh, I like the nice light and the detail in this image, the splash, raised leg and wet legs work well to convey a sense of movement. I might consider a crop from the bottom.
This is nice, Ramesh. Like the light, raised leg, partial wet legs, and debris on top of head. Agree on trying to crop bottom some.
nice tones, depth and pose here!
I would crop some from the top and bottom...
Liked it lot !!!!!!
