This is a repost but I don't think it was a theme image post before. I think I used Topaz Adjust, Pixel Bender oil paint and spherize.

Interesting composition, Judy. You have used the spherize in a very unique way and it works! It is almost like a surreal environment. The water drop and the ripples are a nice addition. Excellent OOTB thinking!
