    I like the motion blur while still keeping a sharp head and eye.

    I might tone down the brighter areas on the neck a little.

    Hey Glenn,

    Love the blur of the wings... I don't know but the neck looks a little hot but I'm sure the RAW file have more details. The BG is a killer man... Keep up the good work!

    The sharp bird and blurred wings work well here, and the bg is beautiful. I also would tone down the light neck. Well done.

    I like the feeling of movement created by the blurred wings, I feel the head of the bird seems to get 'lost' slightly against the BG.
