Beautiful bird and beautifully captured! Like the low angle and clean water ... exposure and detail look great!

Maybe a bit off the top and bottom and would like a bit more room on the right.

Nice picture. Love the water droplets on the bird and the calm water. I feel that an 8x12 crop would work better.

What a beautiful image - just love it. I suspect it is optimal but I wonder what it would be like if you reduced the highlights on the bill?

Beautiful image Ramesh! I like the calm feel, water drops and details. I agree with Mikes crop suggestion.

Hi Ramesh, just posed perfectly for you, and in the calmest water. The sharpness looks good, although there seems to be a sharpening halo running over the back of the grebe. The droplets puts this over the top. Another vote for taking off top and bottom, but I would leave the RHS.

Love love it. The detail soft water and bg rock. Those drops add a great pop for the image as well. I'm with the crop suggestion too.

Ok, this must be one of the most beautiful grebes that I have seen in my life! but the crop is too loose. May be some cropping on top and bottom?
