This image, like the boat, was taken at the Cedar Key Museum State Park.
While I forgot all the steps, as it took a couple of tried to get things to work, it was modified in PS4 and Topaz, including; Cropping and Flip of the single canon image, Cloning out shadow areas, Selective Color, B&W Sepia Toning, Topaz Adjust and Lens Effects, Gaussian Blur and other PS image adjustments.

I have attached the original image, fyi. I tried to do it at midnight last night, when I posted. However, besides being tired due to being on the road all day, the site was burping me off everytime I entered anything.
The reason for the softness was to show the age of the image, to the era of the canons. JFYI.
