Our pond is one of my favorite places. I took this photo several years ago, but processed it this week.

Hi Anita, lovely colors in this reflection. I wonder if the brightest yellow band of color needs to be toned down a touch as it seems to be drawing my eye. Hope to see more images from your pond.

Wonderful colors, patterns and variations in tonal values. Has a bit of a Kodachrome look, that I like. As Andrew said, you may want to darken the brightest yellow a tiny bit, BUT, I also like how it is not quite the same as the others (adds variety)... Neat abstract and your perspective/comp is great.

Anita, I love the colors and patterns. Does your pond have waterfowl? I've always wanted a pond but it'd attract alligators and water moccasins in this neck of the woods

Anita, I have to share with you...the first thing I though of was "On Golden Pond"...halfway expected to see Henry Fonda out there looking for "Walter". Andrew makes a good point about maybe toning down the brightest yellow band...a striking image either way.

Anita, Beautiful reflection and great color combo. I think you did a great job with the processing. Good point about the yellow but I could go either way.

I like all the different colors in the reflections and the processing. I like the yellow as is!

I think this would make a beautiful fabric, maybe for dramatic drapes! I could also see this image upside down or even sideways.

Some waterfowl, but now, mostly beavers who are chomping down the trees surrounding the pond. One of the benefits of living in PA is: no alligators or water moccasins!

Wonderful reflection image, Anita! I can see Andrew's point but I don't know that I'd tone it down as that really places the eye right at the ROT's area and give the eye something to be drawn to. Without that brightness you might lose that "pull".
