Hi Judy. The textures, the colors, the processing...technically, it's a wonderful image. Compositionally I wish it had just a bit more breathing room...maybe more canvas on the left and on the bottom...so that your eyes can travel more freely along that wonderful line created by the curve of the leave, anchored by the more brilliantly colored lichen on the right. Looking forward to seeing more from this series.

Judy, Fantastic! I love the image design and the processing, if it were mine I would take a small slice off the top (matching the amount of border space between the stem and the right side). Very nicely seen.

Thanks John and Denise! I will re-crop it as Denise suggested. Too late to go bigger.

Wow, Judy! Wonderful rich combination of colors and texture. Nicely seen base capture combined with just the right touch of filtering. Well done!

Gorgeous colors and textures. The smoothness of the leaf contrasts nicely with the roughness of the stone. I tried rotating it and giving it a little crop.

Hi Judy, I like Denise's crop suggestion and Anita's rotated post is also nice. Lovely processing!

I like this rotation--of course :-). Did GG reduce the sharpness?

Thanks Anita. Yes I guess it did although it looked sharper in Photoshop. I did sharpen it a little afterward. Maybe I used too much GG, do you think?

I don't know. I think it depends on how it looks on your monitor with full resolution. I had to look carefully to tell any difference. It is beautiful either way.

Judy, I think this is lovely. I love the textures in the stone and like all of the presentations. Nicely done.
