ID, please

[wendell westfall]

I found this bird this morning perched high in a tree growing out of underbrush near some ponds in Orange County, California. I can't ID it. Please help . . .

My guess is Cassin's Kingbird. Even thought I see white outer tail feathers, the dark head, bill size and light throat make me think Cassin's and not Western Kingbird. Also, Western is really rare in the winter down in Socal and Cassin's winters there.
