    massive fella. huge feel is clearly visible here. loved the wing spread and stretched legs. that tallons are killers. wish you had light in your back while doing this to fill inner wings. but still you have got this very clear . excellent frame.

    Craig, superb shot. this location rocks. loved the moment with the wings and talons. You got the bird coming in at just the right angle. plenty of details, excellent exposure, DOF and subject isolation. If you have in orig, wud like to some more room on the right and top.

    Very cool landing and a fantastic bird.
    The head does get kind of lost to me though.
    I agree on a bit more room.

    I respectfully disagree about more room top and right. That puts the subject in the center, and having the subject fill the frame is very powerful as this photo is. If you add space to this type of action it should be for the subject to move into and IMHO there is just enough space to flow into. The composition is wonderful.
