    This capture happened few minutes after the shot that I posted last week ( which has gone missing from the forum now). The rain came and went quick allowing me few frames of this subject singing under the rain. This was taken from my car with the use of a bean bag for support.
    D300 WITH AF-S 300mm 2.8 VR + TC 1.4E
    F5 , 1/100 , iso 500

    very nice calling pose and here is an example where the rain really adds to the image well done

    I have not seen this bird so I'm not sure if the chest feathers are grey or not because they seem to have a magenta cast (if real color is grey?)

    I like the rail and the BG and the calling pose. Good IQ and comp as well. I also like the perch. No nits from me,

    Very nice shot, lovely pose and composition. I too now sense a colour cast (I have to admit I would not have spotted it if Arash had not mentioned it!!)

    I love the rainy atmosphere!! I remember your other thread and remember stating that I was looking forward to the rain images...glad you posted one! I saw the cast too, but thought it was more on the green side of things.
