This is an Indian Spotted Eagle with a Buff stripped keel back snake. This was the final moments of the snake as the eagle had given that deadly bite to the head.

This is awesome! Fantastic lighting and feather details PLUS capturing the action with the snake, creates a very interesting image. The blurred browns of the bkgd perfectly complement the browns of the eagle and both the eagle & snake have those great yellows.
