    Default Lonely Sunset

This image was shot at the Chassahowitzka NWR, which is across from our HOA. It was shot in mid afternoon, but modified for the sunset vision shown.

Modification included CS4, Fractalius, DAP Aquarell, Topaz Adjust and other normal PP image adjustments.

The torn edge was created by deleting the edge created in DAP with the eraser tool. Some edge touchup was needed to give it the final vision.

    Enjoy!

Stunning, lovely job of processing with torn edge a bonus.

BTW: In case you didn't know PS first announced that CS6 upgrade would require CS5, however, due to a lot of pressure have reversed that announcement to now allow CS3 & CS4.

Really nice effect Mark, it looks like vivid paint and ink work. Love the edges too.

Mark, This is one of my favorites of yours. The torn edges and the color are wonderful.

Thanks all for viewing and comments. Appreciate it.

Thanks Gus for the PS6 update. I had hoped that Adobe would come to their senses!!! I can see two levels, but one level of update was ridicules. I don't know if I would ever have updated again. I would get version 5, but with 6 around the corner, I would prefer to wait it out. We bought it as CS4, as my wife needed other programs and to see us have to buy CS5 to get CS6!!! Unbelievable. Sorry for getting off the subject, but 98% of us here use it and I feel this is a fair alternative as now proposed. Hope they hold to it.
