    At almost 3 in the afternoon, the light was high and harsh. Looks like you managed the shadows pretty well though. The bird looks a little washed out to me, maybe a boost in the blacks would help.

    I like it Ned !!! Good layout position and lots of detail under the wing Would have like to seen your exp comp. I like the diagonal placement of the bird in frame Might suggest taking off a bit form the right side? Excellent !!!
