    Default Molly Meadow

This is one of my very favorite places. In the spring & summer the palette of flowers changes about every 2 weeks. There are miles of trails to explore and the dog can run free. The low area is a wet meadow that climbs to dryer scrub and sagebrush and then higher ground to aspens and pines with dramatic rock formations. Plus it is only a 15 minute drive from home. I've been coming here for 15 years now.

Hi Nancy, this is a lovely image. The arrangement of the elements is quite nice. Love the pinkish purple blossoms and the filtering effect on the forest is wonderful!

Nancy, I could see this as being a special place. Very nice soft dreamy effect. If I were to be very picky I might try to separate the two blooms dead center in the foreground, but not really needed.

This is a classic wide angle view with an interesting foreground. Both the texture and colors of the flowers add to the appeal. You did a great job with the filter effects. I can see why you like this place.

Nice place, the field of blooms must be something to see, nice work on this image..good work with effects...I may be coming to Colorado in mid-April to see Mountain Plovers and Sage-Grouse near La Junta...what's the weather like at that time of year.

A glorious place! Lovely capture and processing. I like the overall green with splashes of color. I'd clone out the white blobs that are on the lower frame, half-in and half-out. You are one lucky woman to have such a gorgeous place to visit.

Anita, you make a good observation. While I'm at it, I'll try to separate those two blooms that Denise mentioned.
