    Hi Richard,
    The repost is better. I think the problem is underexposure or maybe not using some fill flash?. The image is quite dark. The placement of the bird in the frame is nice. The BG is busy but I am OK with it as it is " real life"!

    Hi Gail

    You are right was in need of .5 stop
    I also added a blue filter 20% as bc blocked
    Struggled witht this one seemed to be getting problems with noise even at this ISO 640
    should have used 400 and done beeter on exp

    Ahh...Your latest post looks little over cooked...the grass in BG become very distracting...If mine I will try and add very slight exposure to bird selectively (should be very subtle) and then add over all exposure till the point where BG does not starts dominating the subject.
