This is an Ant-eating Chat, and although he didnt give me the best HA, ( I waited ) I did like the pose and soft late afternoon light. This was the first time I took a drive through the nature reserve close to my house in the afternoon. The BG is natural OOF grasslands.Taken 2 weeks ago.

Wow, Stuart, beautiful bird, comp, excellent IQ, love the color, smooth complimentary BG, and texture to feathers. It has such a good 3D pop to it, like you could just reach in and touch it.

Thanks Richard. Yes the chat was pretty close, and the car is a good 'hide' to shoot from. I feel the late afternoon light has also helped with the IQ. These guys are also pretty relaxed. He just wouldnt turn his head for that perfect HA.
