    Default A Rainy Day in Hue

    This image was captured in Hue, Vietnam. It was a cold and rainy day, I had to use a high ISO, lots of noise...
    Camera Nikon D90; Manual Mode; f/5.6; 1/200 sec; ISO 800; 18 mm; PP in Photoshop CS5; Color adjustments in Viveza, and final sharpening.

    Mirenchu,

    Compositionally, I would have liked to see the right side ornamental sculpture not so close to the edge. Good detail all around. Not sure it the bare trees look oversharpened or just the detail due to the bare branches contrasting with the smoother BG.

    Perhaps you did this, but I feel an image using symmetry to frame the large structure are center, with the bare trees on either side to frame and the tiles and lines in the tiles acting as a leading line into the image would have worked very well.

    I cannot help but agree with Robert here, Mirenchu. Love the colours overall and wish I could see more of the ruins themselves.
