    Another Snowy Egret from the Salton Sea. I just love these birds! Early morning light in late November.

    7D, EF400mm f/5.6L
    Manual mode, f/8@1/2500 ISO 400 WB 4700K

    Yep, I agree, nailed the exposure. Love the pose and sharpness is spot on too. Great image.

    I think I couldn't resist the urge to clean up the rock.

    Great shot. Nice feather detail. Love the contrast of the bird with the beautiful blue sky.

    Kerry - whites are well exposed and agree, this is a great species to photograph. Wish the shadow was not there, might try and work the rock on the right out of the frame - well done either way
