    Richard, well caught. I'd remove the distracting twigs. I'd have preferred a different shooting angle for the bird.

    Richard:

    Good use of fill flash, I like the water, exposure.

    I do agree that the image would be stronger with the bird looking our way a bit.

    The surroundings are a bit busy, but I think just removing the twig in front of the bill and perhaps the one by the chest would help.
