    John I like the pose of this bird (that I've never heard of) and the grub. The large OOF tree stump in the BG doesn't add anything tho the image. I might be tempted to crop it off as well as some from the bottom of the frame.

    Hi John,

    I like the pose and meal on this one. The tree in the BG is very distracting. I also see a lot of noise which can be remove with a NR software. I also would like to see a little more room for the tail.

    Keep them coming!

    Very nice composition, love the colors of your bird... I guess the little guy was hungry...:D
    I like your image the way it is for my taste, the background shows habitat...:)

    I pretty much like this as is as far as COMP and BKGR. The contrast is a bit much for the bird, but reducing the SAT in the yellows might tone things down a bit. On second thought, the bird might still look to contrasty... Starting over with this one and reducing the contrast and the yellow SAT might be a good plan...
