    Hi Folks;

    Lesser Goldfinch captured in our garden dressed up in paint mode by Alien Skin. Looking for ideas . . . My latest oxymoron ; "If I'm so dumb, why am I smart enough to know it" What do you think, borders, head & eye sharpened, as Artie says "Don't be shy".

    Comments always welcome and looked forward to.

    Hi Folks:

    I did this one first, but felt it should be more abstract. I would have worked on the first one, but thought I would like to incorporate some fresh ideas, and go from there

    Well Folks;

    I diddn't like any of them, so my final selection is a pastel.

    Off to dinner and a movie.

    Please excuse me for being so fickle.

    Keep smiling

    Hi Gus!

    Love the pastel version you've posted. I also like the second version of the escapee, with its wonderful sense of motion.

    Gus, I like pane #3 with the exception of the eye. Maybe reveal the original eye. Nice work!

    Nice image and applications, Gus.

    I like #2 and 4 as well. But the other two are interesting and could stand apart.

    I really like the goldfinch in the pastels with all of it's various lines and shades of colors. The yellows of the goldfinch work especially well with the oranges of the bkgd and the blue is the perfect complementary color. I especially like that the eye is clear and has a highlight.
