    Happy new year to all.

    40D. 400f5.6L at f/6.3. iso 400. 1/500s. hand held. Liked the water...hence chose a higher shooting angle.

    All comments welcome.

Very nice. Beautiful background and SHARP. Head angle couldn't be any better. What was reflected in the water to give it that color?

Nice angle and love how you have managed to control the detail in both blacks and whites.

Hi KD, what strikes right away in this is the overall exposure on the duck, especially the head. Sharp, and the water colour is different, which makes the duck pop so well.

Beautiful position, HA. Lovely light, exposure and detail. For most people this would be a very low angle shot; I can see why you elevated this one to show the water.

    Kaustubh:

Happy New Year to you as well. Good call on a slightly higher angle to show a bit more detail and texture in the water.

    As mentioned, excellent overall exposure.

    Cheers
