Is this a contest?
Is it submissions to qualify for Image of the year for OOTB? or just general interest?
Personally, so far what I have seen is Awesome, it would be very difficult to pick the best.

Do we have Image of the month for OOTB? If so, are they chosen from Image of the week? What judges?

BPN has an IOTY and yes OOTB is included.
I think IOTM might be a bit too much- we can barely keep up with the bi-weekly contest
