    Beautiful image! Not sure about mixing such a perch with that plant - they look a bit too different which makes it look like a setup.

    That bird looks so calm and relaxed on the perch, but in my experience they never stop moving! Sharp and well exposed with good eye contact. I agree with Ofer about the mixed perch.

    Howdy Sid! I like the BG, good HA and excellent exposure and detail. I have to agree, the only distraction is the perch but you already heard that. I would still be proud to have a shot this nice one day.

    Very nice image of this bird. Agree with the comments about the mixed perches. Perfect exposure and beautiful colors and great pose.

    Sid I really like the bird and getting him still for me is also a challenge. I must admit my very first thought was I wonder if this was a setup then I read your info so I guess I'm in agreeance with that too. I really like the idea though and will try some set ups this year as I am making a very bird friendly back yard already in progress. Bye the way, it is still a very nice image.
