    Hi Folks;

    Would you believe that the Harris's Hawk was corvorting with the mummies in ancient Egyptian times? Me niether

    Created the Backgound from a Harris"s Hawk peering down on Elephant Head mountain. Did tons of manipulating with CS5 filters, especially my favorite Filters>Distort>twirl in large strengths, sorta Atlas like . Then a spell in ACDSee special effects & borders.

    Comments welcome and very much appreciated.

    Keep smiling

    Gus

    This is what the BG was manipulated from. Harris's Hawk over Eleplant Head, a famous rock formation in Green Valley, AZ. BTW: Harris' Hawk head in OP was manipulated in Pixel Bender.

    Very cool effect Gus! I might take a sliver off the top if it were mine. I love the basket weave around the outside.

    Nice work, Gus. I like the colors, and the beak curving around the circle in the background is a great touch.

    Gus, very, very cool. Maybe that's what King Tut looked like
