One last image of my little friend before I leave. It has been fascinating watching this little guy and the life in a day with with burrowing owl has been fascinating and very rewarding for me. I do pray he will be here when we return.

Great image Judy... I like the environmental composition and the profile of the owl. Lovely BG and low angle too.

Amazing. He does not fly all the time. Love his hunched posture and the image design. Wish for a slightly better head angle. You might wish to get rid of the flashing white highlight just above the bird's shadow.

I also like the environmental aspect of this image. A good sense of where to find these guys. To be honest though, I'm not too sure about the profile pose (which I personally find not very flattering with owls)...I wish the face was angled more towards the viewer.

I've loved your seriers of these owls. The sense of place appeals to me here, and there is a peacefulness about this image. Safe travels.

Great angle, setting and details. On my monitor it looks as if there is a slight color cast. Enjoy your trip!

Love the composition on this one Judy. I have to agree with Artie but the colors and low angle are very nice.
