    Mirenchu,

Where have you been I remember the great flowers you have posted. I really like this image and am not surprised you made this captured - you developed an eye for art and composition and it shows. Sometimes people forget photography has been around for only a few hundred years but art is thousands of years old. My point is to study art, form, colors and gesture - this will make the pictures stronger. This picture is unique and I love the background. I might lighten/sharpen the head/eye area but like it as presented.

    Please show us more.

Thank you Jeff! I'm so happy to be back! I was, or better say, trying to learn "Portrait", it was very interesting but I love very much flowers and birds, so you will see me around more often. I really missed you guys! Thank you for your comments on the image and I will make the corrections that you suggest.
Thank you and happy new year!

Beautifully captured! I love the green background too. Also, that is one great signature. I'm in the 60 range and it made me laugh - soooo true!

Lovely colours. The composition is great with the bird in its environment.
