    Default Harlequin Hen from Barnegat

For a short time this hen climbed on the mussel mound and posed nicely before a fisherman spooked it away.

I am still learning the PP to get the best out of RAW files.

    500mm + 1.4X
    f/7.1
    ISO 400

    C&C requested.

Hi Sachin, good eye level capture, and I like how the hen's head is tucked in. I agree additional sharpening will improve the detail on the hen. With regards to learning your pp skills, we are all learning something every day.

Sachin, It's nice to get one on the mussels. What was your shutter speed? I like to try to get a little seperation between the bill and the body but this is a cute pose. Darn those fishermen. I agree a little sharpening on the face would work. Nice job and I hope to see you back out there.
