    Hi Folks;

    "Flying by the seat of my pants" or "The Blind leading the Blind"

    First I took a colorful Broad-billed Hummingbird with a blue backgound, took it into ACDsee 14,
    Clicked Special effects>Weave>Saved.
    Then opened Weave in CS5 Filter>Distort>Twirl>Strength.295 which I repeated 5X>Saved Ctrlt J
    Duplicated. Opened Violet-crowned Hummingbird that I had already added a flower over a feeder,
    resized it smaller & moved it onto my weave background, cut it ou using Eraser & BG Eraser to suit.
    Then minor enhancements, minor Curves & smart sharpening>Saved.
    Opened ACDsee again>Borders>clicked blue in BG to select color of border>Adjusted Drop Shadow>Saved
    Opened in CS5, added Sig (All files had been saved in PDF to preserve layers) Clicked File>Save Web and Device>
    Saved as JPG to BPN accepted Quality & Size.

    All comments welcome & appreciated

    Gus, This image shows that you are willing to take risks with your art. Nice job with this creation. I love the woven look to the background.

    Hi Gus, I love these extra creative hummingbirds you are coming up with. The blue-woven background here is very cool. Nicely done!
