Welcome to BPN Nurdeen! This is a lovely first post.Exposure and techs are good. I like your choice of composition. The image brought a smile to my face as I looked at the splayed feet of the giraffe and the outstretched neck of the second. I like the 3rd giraffe's curiosity as he looks at the buffalo horns. A fun picture of "the kids playing".
I might do a bit of NR on the top half of the BG as it appears a bit grainy,
    Gail

Thank you Gail, for the welcome and your comments. I have seen all the beautiful bird images that you have been posting.
You are right about the noise, I should have used neat image.

    A big welcome here V.P.
Nice image to start off with...good illumination and 3 interesting poses that tell a story. I agree with the background noise, though it shouldn't be this evident at ISO-400 on the D300?
I quite like the slightly "off-centre" placement of the subjects but I think a slight crop off the RHS to "centre" them could also work nicely...

Welcome Nurdeen, a lovely image to start with. I really like the interesting way the giraffe are intermingled and reacting. Agree on the noise issue. Look forward to seeing some more.

Nice scene and the noise is not that bad and an easy fix.
    Everything else looks very good.

Welcome Nurdeen. A very nice image for your first post. Nice light and colors look good. I like the intertwined legs and the noise is easily handled. Well done.

    Well done, interesting composition.
Wonder why there should be a noise issue with the D300 at ISO400?
    Tom
Wait - when I crop into image the noise seems to turn into a jpg issue??? Here is a random crop -

Thank's for the welcome and comments. Incidentally guys at work call me VPN You are right about the noise at ISO 400 on D300 shouldn't happen in fact i have very often used the same body at ISO 800 without a problem.

Hi Nurdeen, a good opening image, but more importantly, a very interesting one.

I like it as presented, the slightly off centre, all three in various poses and the noise isn't a deal breaker. The only thing for me is, and this might be optical, but whether if it needs a slight CCW rotation?

Very interesting to see them smelling a Buffalo's skull.

Welcome. Neat shot. Usually the overlapping body lines wouldn't work but they lined up perfectly for you on this one, providing clearly defined animals and a nice connecting flow between the three.
