Taken a few days ago at sunset. Even though it was low tide, I still got pretty soaked getting between the surf and the birds. Wet sand is not good for camera equipment!

Brendan, I'm loving the look you are getting with your recent bird posts. Sweet, sweet colors. Great head turn and pose!

This is beautiful, Brendan. Love the low angle, pose and the color. The bg is simply awesome!

Agree totally with Denise and Indranil. That golden light is to die for.

Thanks very much you guys. Not the most exciting pose, but I like the light & color too
Though the treatment boosted the color saturation some, it is pretty close to original the colors.

Brendan. Great shot. Another vote for fabulous colors. The pose is engaging and the silk-like feel to the water, just makes this special. Very well done.

Nice soft background. I like the contrast between the warm and cool colors, as well.

Hi Brendan, this is top notch. Perfect. Love the low angle. I'd say it was well worth getting soaked and getting the wet sand on the camera.

A glorious picture. I love the low angle of view and the warm colors.
