    Default Hello From Montreal!

    Hello,
I joined the site a few months ago, I've been reading all of the wonderful posts and technical info, it's fantastic. Still a bit of a beginner with bird photography so I haven't posted anything yet, soon though!

    Please to meet you all!

Hi, Sara, and welcome to BPN! Don't be shy about posting just because you're a beginner. You learn so much through posting images for critique and critiquing other people's images. Looking forward to your participation!

Bonjour et bienvenue chez BPN Sara! You've found the right place to help you learn and grow as a bird / wildlife photographer. If you feel a bit shy to post in Avian you can always get started in the "Eager to Learn" forum. Looking forward to your participation!

Hi Sara: Welcome to BPN. I understand your hesitation to post pictures. I was sitting in your shoes back in 2007. However, I would suggest that you take a leap of faith and post a picture in the Eager to Learn forum after spending a little time looking at the various pictures and comments in there. There's no better time to start than now. Only positives can come from it, and you will learn as much from posting pictures and critiquing others as you will from being out in the field b/c it helps you to develop your eye.

Have a great 2012 full of new photography opps!!!
