    This Limpkin flew up up to a tree limb that was eye-level but it was in the shade. Luckily I was prepared. Filled flash saved this series of shots. Also, glad to see this family is doing well. Hope I will have a better series this season.

    Its a really nice portrait. Sharp and well exposed, but the BKGR its a little bit to bright..
    i would also do some eyework removing the extra catchlight in the eye.

    Sharp and nice !! But I see a greenish yellow ? cast on the bird too .

    Nice close-up, and neat that the tongue is extended to outside the upper mandible. That BG sure is bright and the bird yellowish too...adding lots of blue in "Color Balance" helps alot. I agree with eye work too. All-in-all a high impact portrait, and I am glad to hear this family is doing well...looking forward to more images of them!
