    Hi Folks;

    This started out as a very colorful Trichocereus Flying Saucer, then manipulated in CS5 with Twirl filter mostly. Pencil effect was done in ACDsee 14.

    Comments always welcome and appreciated.

    Keep smiling

    Gus
    BTW: I will also post a variation for a choice.

    Hi Folks;

    Both of above grated me with their harsh highlights, so I took the dark version into Post Workshop Pro and converted it into
    an Abstract which soothes the savage beast.

    Decisions! Decisions!

    I like all three of them, Gus. But the second one is my favorite. The lines, textures and metallic look are wonderful.

    I'm in the same boat. All three are very nice but the second one does it for me.. I really like that metallic look.

    I vote for number one! Great looking vortex and I think that the B&W sketch was a great choice. I like the out of bounds work too! Did you make any of your killer cookies for the Holidays??

    I like the second one, Gus, looks kind of like a metal etching. Like the flowing concentric lines, and nicely composed and processed. I might remove the white border it it were mine.

    Hi Folks;

    Thanks for looking and your comments.

    Hi Brendan; Yes, I debated on the line as I liked the continuation of the swirls unbroken. Next time

    Dennise; Yes, 2 - 24 batches to the very very special locally. Recipe here . The others got store bought.

    Wishing you all a Happy New Year.

    Gus `n Gina
    BTW: Gina insists a full batch for her niece on her annual visit to England. May 1, next year
