    Lying flat on beach; nice and warm, overcast

    Several of these moving around the turtle nesting areas on Torteguero Beach, NE Costa Rica - very remote

    Processed with Topaz and PS5; small crop as close <10m FL 400

    7D 100-400 IS eV +1.33 F5.6 iso 400 1/500hh

    Great job getting low, Richard. Pretty plover here. Do you have any more space above, seems a bit close on top. I think you could take a bit off the bottom and add a bit more on top, and maybe a tad off behind. Nice image quality.

    Still tight as posted. You needed to zoom out and then perhaps also point the lens up a bit.

    Very sharp, and beautiful subdued colours. IQ-wise this is one of your finer efforts! Glad you decided on laying flat...when possible it really makes a huge difference getting down to the subject's eye-level.
