Interest is there - you only need to isolate it. My suggested crop removing the distracting FG to concentrate on the intersting repeating patterns of the trucks and the pleasing red color.

Robert was right; there is interest in this image that is heightened by isolation of the key elements from elements that don't contribute as much. Robert's repost really sets if off. And it may be that a slight further boost in saturation might add even more to the image.
