Hello everyone. I have really grown to like these little guys. They are so active yet so curious. Every time I stopped with my car to what was around one of these guys would land close to my car and just sit there. Here is a pic of one of them. Almost full frame cropped from the sides.

Great picture Good IQ. I would like to have seen the bird from the side. It had made it a better image

Robert, nice shot...I liked the details and the head turn. Iq looks pretty good. Well done.

I like the position of the shot and how one foot is positioned on a rock above the other.
I would at least try to clone the sand over the blue at the top of the photo to see how it looks.
The blue line is not really tell any part of the story and is distracting to me. It may be
better or it may not, never hurts to see though.

Nice of these guys to pay you a visit!! I like pipits too, hard to see from this frontal pose but I like their elegant horizontal postures. I love the little mound the one foot is gripping tightly, and I also like the bill pointing upwards a bit. I would enhance the brightness of the catchlight, and smooth out what looks like cloning artefacts on either side of the subject.

Hi Robert, good detail captured on the head and chest area, and I like the inquisitive pose. I also like the lighter coloured BG.
