    Maureen,
    This one looks delicious.
Are you flashes positioned perfectly or are you cleaning some specular highlights up?James

Maureen, Happy Holidays to you and your family. Another very cool tune! Your work with this paint is amazing. Maybe a touch more sharpness to the bottom. Can you share your camera settings and gear list with us.

Neither. I'm using 3 flash diffusers (sw-12) No specular highlights, but I do some cleanup of stray paint droplets

    Thanks.

    Gear:
    Nikon D3s, Nikon 105mm f/2.8
    Gitzo 3530, RRS BH-40
    SU-800 Commander, SB-900, 2 SB-R200 flash units
    3 sw-12 diffusers
    Laptop running 'Multisine'
    Subwoofer covered with black balloon
    Plexiglass hood
    Diluted washable paint
    Eyedroppers
    Black backdrop

    Settings:
    ISO 200, f/29, 1/200
    Flash @ 1/64

I do not use a trigger mechanism for this, though I'm in the process of building one so I can play with water drops and other high speed fun stuff.
