Great bathing action here. Good eye contact, even though the head is slightly away from us, low shooting angle.

I might try a version with the color temp. warmed up just a bit. The whites on the bill look a bit overexposed, so perhaps a little additional work there.

Awesome splashing action, I especially like the drops flying off the wing behind the head. I agree with the head angle and warming the WB comments, and would also prefer abit more room the subject for the comp. Nice and sharp where it counts.
