This was taken with my IR camera this spring. I had a 10-22mm lens and was taking landscape shots when these 2 donkeys (burros?) decided to take a look. I used Nik Silver Efex Yellowed (I think) and then Nik Color Efex Polaroid Transfer. I know the shadow is clipped but they were about a foot from me and I wanted to get a distorted look (don't ask me why) and this is full frame.
Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions appreciated.

Nice wild west feel, Cheryl, with the border and yellowed tone. The image looks a bit tight on the top and right. I love how the distortion exaggerates the long ears and faces of the donkeys!

Nice distortion effect! The IR effect with the dark for contrast really works well. Might have been cool to see the ears in the shadow. Nice work, Cheryl.

Thanks, Christopher and Jay. Jay, I think I may have the ears in the original - I wanted him centered for full effect but I see what you mean. They were very serious about checking me out which I thought was funny

Lots of humor in this image and perspective, Cheryl. Really interesting to see the IR images. Love those ears!!!! Thanks for sharing.

I love the wide angle distortion to the face and ears - too funny! I've tried this on my dog but he just gets too close . I agree about the being too tight on the top and right. And if you have it, maybe add the entire shadow of the lighter donkey. I like seeing your IR images, they are very interesting.
