    Default Gulls

From Barnegat Light NJ. I never saw blast-offs of gulls in such huge numbers. I was shooting with the 800mm lens but wished I had the 24-105mm lens attached to get the entire scene which was pretty cool.
I added Fractalius and Topaz Simplify

Beautiful effects, Denise. Love the BG sky/cloud combo also. Neat event. I can't imagine the numbers...

What a huge blastoff! Must have been awesome to see in person. Nicely composed chaos, Denise.

Great shot. So much energy. The pale blue sky works so well to as a backdrop to the blastoff. Nicely processed Denise, the effect is super.

I like the pale, feathery effect of this and the way it saturates the senses. It is abstract enough that it could be millions of tiny, feathery seeds floating as well as a multitude of gulls.
