This pair were sunning themselves in the early morning and were also starting to clown around. Immediately prior to this capture the bird on the left was hanging upside down!!

Good job in getting the two sharp. I have never seen this bird in the wild...

Beautiful birds, well posed with good eye contact. Exposure, color and sharpness are fine. And the diagonal perch adds to the composition.

One thing you might consider would be to clone out the thick branch in the upper right corner. But this is very nice as it is.

Sharp, colorful, nice diagonal composition. I agree with losing the branch in the corner and even maybe the small branch between the birds that leads off to the edge of the frame. Have you tried a horizontal flip? You might like it better.

I like the clowning around action and that you got both birds sharp. I'd remove the branch in the URC. I'd probably rotate the image a little so that the perch doesn't come directly out of the corner. And desaturate the blues in the sky a bit.

Thank you all for your constructive comments. Here is a cropped and also sky desaturated.
    What do you think, please?

    Best regards

It looks better. There are a few halos that seem accentuated. They were present in the original but seem a bit more noticeable in the desaturated version.
