This image was taken on a recent trip to Kalahari ,out of the seven days we only had two that had no cloud cover or rain ....this was shot on one of them.
This Tawny had tried to capture something in this tree and flew around it several times to flush it out ...this was one of the times it perched close enough to get an image....
Awesome bird. Action is great as is the pose. Very nicely done thanks for sharing. You did a good job on the exposure in the tough lighting conditions.
Wish you would have had it a little cloudy for this one for a little help with the contrast.
