    Used a mild PB and continually played with it for 15 minutes. Happy with the look I eventually got...

    It's good to see you back here. The irises, themselves, are beautiful of course, but your image takes them up another notch, at least. I like that it's not obvious that Pixel Bender was used for part of the magic. One of the great things about the image is that the white part of the flowers stands out from the background while the dark part almost recedes into it.

    I really like this variation on a botanical print, a dramatic dark bkgd instead of a light one. Lovely shading of the colors.

    Hey Dave, Very nice. Cool understated filtering. Black BG really makes these flowers pop. I could see just a sliver more on the left, but that's personal preferebce.
