Cool pose and great color. I wouldn't mind seeing a barb on the left to go along with the one on the right. I'd try to bring out the eye in the shadow a bit. You might be able to get a little more detail out of the blues, which appear blocked on the sunny side of the bird. I'd prefer to see your copyright off to one side or the other instead of touching the tail feathers.
