Lovely pose, eye contact, soft light and BG. Maybe a bit more sharpening on the head.

    Thanks Ofer.

yes it was a close moment and very unpredictable i lost little focus on the head. Already ran sharpening so i fear to do it more as it would start to show halos on texture.

Beautiful soft quality to this one. Love the comp, wing position. I can see the point about the softness of the head, but given the muted atmosphere of the shot, I don't think it detracts.

Beautiful Image Mital...you really captured this one in nice and soft light...composition looks wonderful and you managed to retain details under the wings...

was this handheld or on tripod?

Hi Mital, I like the angled flight pose against a killer BG. Well placed in the frame, and Im fine with the overall sharpness.

MItal, excellent shot...not an easy one to pull off. Loved the angle of the bird, underwing details and the clean BG. Well done. Did you get one with a more dramatic wing position?
