Excellent shot. Great job in getting both herons in focus, great head angles, love the light and background. Excellent comp too.
    Well done.

Beautiful light, great head angles and comp. Can't believe you let this one lie fallow for several years.

Ofer, these are deceptively difficult. DOF is perfect and so are the two HAs. excellent low angle. Not sure if you have more room in orig, but a tad more canvas above would make it better, I think. Night herons, with their large bright eyes are great subjects.

Nice to get two perched on the same branch out in the open. Good eye contact with both birds, and the sharpness is just right. In addition to some canvas up top, I'd consider adding a sliver on the left.

    Great looking shot, Ofer.
The usual great IQ, but the poses are really nice, A picture book photo of the species.

I've always been a fan of the 20D...That was my first DSLR. Sweet shot, I especially like the position of the feet on the bird on the right. I played with the crop a bit and as others mentioned more room on the left, but I would add more room on the right since that is the direction both birds are looking and that is where my eye wants to go.
