    Default A simple Mallard

A beautiful day here in the UK today with nice clear skies. Captured this Mallard today and thought I'd share it with you. Comments for improvement more than appreciated.

Simon, you captured the perfect head turn for the irridescence. low angle, BG, exposure...all are nice. needs rotation though. If mine, I'd remove additional catchlight from the eye. will make it appear sharper.

    Thanks Kaustubh,

I've taken your advice and posted a new version. It's the little things like rotation I wouldn't even think about, so thanks for the great advice. Here's a revised version.

Good job on the repost. Even though the reflection isn't clear, I would still give him a little more room below if you have it.
