I like the intensity. The water reflections on the bird are cool and the water colors are really nice. You nailed the sharpness. I am assuming you don't have the complete reflection of the bird in the water, if you do, I would include it. The mud/rock bank behind is hurting your image some in my opinion. I would try to blur it a little and maybe reduce it's saturation ad contrast just a little too.
