    This was taken at Milford CT.

    After completing photo shoot of Piping Plovers with little luck I was sitting & watching few gulls diving for food so I captured few shots and liked this one.

    From the thumbnail I thought the gull was too small in the frame, but when viewed larger, with the area of impact in the water and falling drops, the comp looks good this way. I do wish the near wing was opened up more.

    This looks to be a Herring Gull.

    Very nice capture with water drops and food. I also like the comp.
